PWC & Princeton University Kick off to Women in Construction Week (March 2025)

On March 3, over 200 industry professionals gathered for the 3rd Annual Kickoff to Women in Construction Week at Princeton University. Hosted by Professional Women in Construction and Princeton, the event provided an afternoon of networking, mentorship, and inspiring conversations.

The theme of the event was Building Bridges and Connections: Intentional Networking & Mentorship, focusing on the power of cultivating meaningful, long-lasting relationships in both personal and professional spheres.

One of the event's highlights was the keynote address by Tia Cristy, TEDx speaker and communications coach. Tia's session on mastering communication skills, focusing on voice, cadence, and leadership, offered valuable insights to help attendees communicate with confidence and authority.
